With over 100 experts from more than 20 nations, we design, plan, build and direct in agile teams. We have expertise in projects dedicated to living, working and experiencing the city. &MICA offers innovative and reliable support for private and public projects, from the initial idea through to occupancy.

Every project begins with a necessity. How are spaces used, by whom, for how long and to do what? For implementation, &MICA addresses both the current possibilities and potential future transformations . Because we go on to ask: What happens »afterwards«? We insist that our architectural solutions be sustainable. In every sense.

We value the innovative power of diversity.

People from all walks of life work for us. They are all united by the awareness that architecture is more than just constructing buildings. And the desire to use architecture to help shape a world worth living in. Our team consists of urban developers, architects and interior designers, BIM managers and civil engineers.
